GRIEVANCE MECHANISM – CEPF-Funded Conservation Project (Seychelles)
CEPF Project title: Evaluation of Ecosystem Impact Following Restoration Efforts in Two PCA Sites of Morne Seychellois (the Mont D’Or watershed (SYC-43 Morne Seychellois National Park) at Port Glaud, and the Tea Tavern site (SYC-43 Morne Seychellois National Park) at Morne Blanc: IAS – Control and propagation of Native and Critically Endangered Plant Species.
Plant Conservation Action (PCA) is committed to transparency and accountability in implementing this CEPF-funded conservation project in Seychelles.

You may submit complaints verbally, in writing, electronically, or anonymously.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and responded to within 15 days.

We will share all grievances and a proposed response with the Regional Implementation Team and the CEPF Grant Director within 15 days. If the claimant is not satisfied following the response, they may submit the grievance via the different escalation levels (see attached poster).
If the complainant is not satisfied with PCA’s response, he or she may submit the grievance in writing to: IUCN NL – Complaints Committee (Regional Implementation Team Representative)

If the complainant is not satisfied with the response from the Regional Implementation Team, the grievance may be submitted to the hotline of Conservation International (CI), which serves as the CEPF Secretariat.
If the complainant is not satisfied with the responses from PCA, the Regional Implementation Team, and CEPF/CI, the grievance may be submitted to the grievance mechanisms of Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and Green Climate Fund (GCF).
